1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept secure online payments via PayFast, including:

- Instant EFT
- Bank-supported PayFast payment methods
2. Payment Security
All payments are:
- Processed securely via PayFast
- Encrypted using industry-standard security protocols

3. Order Confirmation
- Orders are only processed once payment is successfully received
- You will receive an email confirmation after payment
4. Payment Failures
If payment fails:
- No order will be processed
- No products will be reserved
- You may retry payment at checkout
5. Pricing
- All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR)
- Prices include VAT where applicable
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us first before initiating a chargeback.
Unwarranted chargebacks may result in:
- Order suspension
- Account restrictions
