1. Shipping Provider

All orders placed on Die Blom Elevation are shipped using The Courier Guy, unless otherwise stated.


2. Delivery Areas

We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Major cities: 1–3 business days
  • Outlying areas: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Delivery location
    • Parcel size and weight
  • Shipping costs are clearly displayed before payment is completed

6. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email
  • Tracking can be done directly via The Courier Guy

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

Die Blom Elevation is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
  • Courier operational delays
  • Natural events or force majeure

Additional delivery attempts or returns may incur extra costs.


8. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the package and contents

9. Risk & Ownership

Risk and ownership of products pass to the customer once the order is delivered.
