At Die Blom Elevation, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of wellness, herbal, botanical, CBD, and consumable products, certain return restrictions apply for hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons.

2. Supplements, Herbal & CBD Products
Due to the consumable nature of our products:
• Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned
• Returns are only considered for:
- Damaged items received
- Incorrect products supplied
- Defective sealed products
Products must remain sealed, unused, and in original packaging where applicable.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or refund:
• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
• Products must be unused and unopened unless damaged upon arrival
• Clear photos of damaged or incorrect items may be requested
Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return or refund request being declined.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
• Opened supplements or herbal products
• Opened or used CBD products
• Used tinctures or wellness products
• Clearance, sale, or promotional items
• Gift cards or digital products
• Products damaged through misuse or improper storage
5. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will typically be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds may be issued through the original payment method where possible.
Shipping or courier fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Die Blom Elevation.
6. Exchanges
Where appropriate, we may offer product replacements or exchanges instead of refunds.
7. Shipping Returns
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The incorrect item was supplied
• The product arrived damaged
• The issue resulted from our fulfilment error
We recommend using a tracked courier service when returning products.
